The Andilana Beach Resort is the only accommodation facility on Nosy Be that has had its bacteriological compliance certified by the Food Hygiene Laboratory of the Pasteur Scientific Institute in Antananarivo.
Analyses are conducted on a regular basis to ensure that the BPH international hygiene regulations are being adhered to. In January 2014, the Andilana Beach Resort was awarded a certificate of compliance, having achieved a 100% rating for the hygiene of the personnel and a 97% rating for the hygiene of the facilities and the ingredients.
We regularly monitor the quality of the water supplied by the public water main and the water we filter and serve in our restaurants and bars, as well as the water used in the kitchens, guest rooms and swimming pool, and even the sewage.
These certified controls allow us to give you total peace of mind.
Our ingredients are purchased exclusively from carefully selected, monitored suppliers. Fish, meat and fruit are purchased directly on Nosy Be, and are delivered fresh daily. Our approach is all about QUALITY to ensure TOTAL food safety.
